By accessing or using removion.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

2. What this site is

removion.com is an informational corporate website. It describes the company, its products and its services. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, professional advice, or a commitment to deliver any product or feature. Product descriptions and roadmap statements describe present intentions and may change without notice.

3. Product terms are separate

Each Removion product is operated on its own domain and carries its own separate terms of service, privacy policy and refund terms. Those documents govern your use of that product. These terms govern only this website, and where the two differ, the product's own terms apply to the product.

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;

5. Intellectual property

The Removion name, the Removion mark and logo, the product names FylEngine, Neuralimo, Fuselee, Chaslee and Funnzoo, and all text, design, layout, graphics and code on this site are the property of REMOVION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links and advertising

This site links to third-party websites, including our own product domains, and displays third-party advertising through Google AdSense. We do not control third-party sites or the content of advertisements, and we do not endorse them. How advertising cookies are used, and the privacy choices offered to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and applicable US states, are set out in our privacy policy. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any loss arising from your dealings with a third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REMOVION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of this site.
