Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to personal data when you visit removion.com. It is written in plain English on purpose.
LAST UPDATED: 8 SEPTEMBER 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by REMOVION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62011UP2026OPC252077), a One Person Company incorporated in India, with its registered office in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through this site. For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we act as the controller of the personal data processed through this website.
You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@removion.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers removion.com only — the corporate website. Each Removion product runs on its own domain and publishes its own privacy policy covering accounts, payments and product data. Nothing in this policy applies to those services.
3. What this site does not do
- It does not create user accounts, and there is nothing to log in to.
- It does not process payments or hold card details.
- It does not ask you to submit a form to us. The contact form composes a message in your own email application; the page transmits nothing.
- It does not sell personal data, and it never has.
4. What is collected
Technical data. Like any website, this site is served by a hosting and content-delivery provider that records standard request data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the time of the request. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults. We use it only for those purposes, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Email you send us. If you write to hello@removion.com we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in your message. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Advertising cookies. See the next section.
5. Advertising and cookies
This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies — including device identifiers and browser storage — to serve both personalised and non-personalised advertising, and to measure and report on it.
Serving those ads may involve processing data such as your IP address, information about your device and browser, and your browsing activity on this site. Approximate location is derived from the IP address; precise location is not collected.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
Where ads appear. Advertising is shown on four pages only — the home page, products, services and about. The contact page and every policy page (this one, terms, refund and legal) carry no advertising, and the Google advertising script is not loaded at all on those pages, so no advertising cookie can be set while you are reading them.
We set no cookies of our own. This site has no analytics, no accounts and no session tracking. Every cookie described here belongs to Google or its advertising partners.
How Google uses the data it collects from sites that use its services is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and its own handling of personal data in the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform to obtain your consent before any personalised advertising cookie is set. The message appears on your first visit, before advertising loads.
It offers three choices:
- Consent — you agree to the uses described in the message, and personalised advertising may be shown.
- Do not consent — you refuse, and no personalised advertising cookie is set.
- Manage options — you decide in detail, purpose by purpose and vendor by vendor, instead of accepting or refusing everything at once.
Refusing does not block the site. Every page stays fully available whatever you choose. If you refuse, you may still see non-personalised advertising, which is selected from the content of the page and coarse signals rather than from a profile of you.
Changing or withdrawing your choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Reopen the message using the privacy or consent options control shown with the advertising on a page that carries ads, and make a new selection. If that control is not visible to you, clearing this site's cookies in your browser settings will bring the message back on your next visit. Changing your choice does not affect advertising already served before you changed it.
The basis on which we process. Where consent is required for cookies, our basis is your consent. On this site that means advertising cookies — we set no analytics cookies of our own, and if that ever changes, consent would be the basis for those too. For keeping the site secure, diagnosing faults, and the server logs described earlier, our basis is our legitimate interests in operating a secure and working website. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, as described above, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
7. Visitors in the United States
If you are in a US state with an applicable privacy law, we show you a US state privacy message through the same Google system. It lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes.
The message appears when you first visit from one of those states. You can return to it at any time using the privacy choices control shown with the advertising on a page that carries ads; if that control is not visible to you, clearing this site's cookies will bring the message back on your next visit. Your choice applies to this browser on this device, so you would need to make it again in a different browser or after clearing your cookies.
We do not sell your personal information ourselves. This choice concerns the data used by Google and its advertising partners to serve advertising on this site, described in the advertising section above.
8. Controlling ad personalisation anywhere in the world
Wherever you are, and whether or not either message is shown to you, you can control how Google personalises advertising for you:
- Google My Ad Center — review and change your ad personalisation settings, and turn personalised advertising off.
- How Google uses cookies in advertising — Google's own explanation of the technologies described above.
You can also opt out of personalised advertising from many other vendors at aboutads.info/choices, the NAI opt-out, or youronlinechoices.eu, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work.
9. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to:
- obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you and how we process it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected, updated or completed;
- have personal data erased when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated; and
- have a grievance heard and answered.
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
10. Grievance contact
Email hello@removion.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and to resolve it as quickly as the request allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
11. Who your data is shared with
We share personal data only with the providers that make this site work: our hosting and content-delivery provider, and Google as our advertising partner. Each processes data under its own terms and its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for any purpose other than those described here, except where the law requires it.
12. International transfers
This site is served from a global content-delivery network, and our advertising partner operates internationally. Personal data may therefore be processed outside India, including in the European Union and the United States, under the safeguards those providers put in place.
13. How long data is kept
Server logs are kept only as long as our providers retain them for security and diagnostics. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and is deleted when neither applies. Cookie lifetimes are set by the vendors listed above and can be cleared by you at any time.
14. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and is a static website — there is no database and no user accounts to breach on removion.com. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Children
This site is a corporate website for a business audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
16. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes affecting how we use personal data will be described in the notice itself.
